Kai Ringahora - Support Worker

He Korowai Aroha is a Kaupapa Māori well-being service focused on supporting whānau to provide nurturing environments that support pēpi, tamariki and whānau to thrive and reach their full potential. This service will provide a community-based whare for mama, papa and whānau to come together for support throughout pregnancy and for the first 2000 days (the first five years).
TToH is a whānau focused, kaupapa Māori values-based, health and social services organisation providing services across the Kahungunu rohe. Our health, social, education and community development teams have been working successfully with whānau for 40 years.
We are looking for a Kai Ringahora/Support Worker who will provide a safe and welcoming environment for whānau and support the delivery of our holistic and integrated services that meets the needs of mama, pēpi, tamariki and whānau. You will act as the key contact and navigator for whānau by providing pastoral care and support to access other health services.
As part of an integrated team of a Rongoā Practitioner, Social Worker and Counsellor, you will deliver whānau centred care that supports healthy whānau relationships and improved outcomes for whānau.

This is a full time, permanent position working 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
January 2026 start date.
