About Nevertheless Trust: Nevertheless Trust is a Māori, Pasifika, and Rainbow+ Charitable organization deeply rooted in Pasifika & Māori values such as vā (relational space), tautua (service to community), tino rangatiratanga (self-determination), and kaitakitanga (sustainability of peoples). The Manioro Nu’u Rainbow Hub, established in April 2023, serves as a safe space for all Rainbow+ peoples in the Hawkes Bay area. • Collaborate with Nevertheless Trust to benefit Rainbow+ communities and be accountable to TTOH.
  • Proactively work with Rainbow Hub members, providing support on a shared and equal basis.

  • Develop and update administration systems for enhanced efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A passion for promoting the wellbeing of our Rainbow+ whānau.
  • Relevant qualification or previous experience in administration.
  • Rainbow+ competency and an understanding of pronouns and the sexuality spectrum.
  • Knowledge of tikanga Māori, Te Reo Māori, and a proactive understanding of Pasifika values.
  • Intermediate to Expert experience with Microsoft and Google apps.
  • Understanding of the health and social services sector and key national funders.
  • Full driver's license (preferably for at least two years) and full COVID-19 vaccination.
