Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Manager to join our growing organisation in our Te Poutama Tautoko (Addictions) service.
TToH is a Ngāti Kahungunu mandated, kaupapa Māori, values-based health and social services organisation providing services to our community along the East Coast of the North Island, from Mahia to Rimutaka. Our health, social, education and community development teams have been working successfully with whānau for over 37 years. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Team Manager is responsible for providing leadership to our team of AoD practitioners . The successful candidates will be able to coach and inspire our diverse team of kaimahi as they deliver high quality services to whānau. We are looking for ‘people’ people who have experience managing teams and know how to ensure that their team thrives. You will motivate and manage a diverse yet cohesive team and be driven to achieve results.
The ideal candidates will have experience working in mental health, strong understanding of the mental health field, and a clinical qualification.
